DC COLLABORATES WITH MARVEL FOR A CUSTOM COLLECTION FEATURING DEADPOOL

DC teams up with Marvel Comics for an incredible collection dedicated to Deadpool.
Comprising a wide range of shoes and apparel, the collection manages to capture and convey the irreverence of the films and channel it through the art of the original comic book.
As one might expect from him, Deadpool breaks the fourth wall in the collection as well – with typical phrases and jabs at himself and DC.
From shoe boxes to chimichanga references, the unique details of this line are sure to thrill both character lovers and streetwear enthusiasts.
But there’s a second hero in this collection: the Manteca, dressed in Deadpool’s red and black costume. Another highlight is the Manual Hi, decorated with original pages from the first issue of the Deadpool comic book, dated 1994. That's right, the same year the DC brand was born and started putting shoes on skaters' feet.
The collection is completed by some of DC's best Essential apparel.
And there's another surprise: to celebrate the global launch, DC and Marvel have created an unreleased comic book, in which Deadpool travels back in time to 1994, along with some DC pro team skaters: Josh Kalis, Ken Block, Danny Way, Mike Blabac, and Wes Kremer.
Although not available for sale, 5000 copies will be distributed worldwide through giveaways, partnerships, and gifts.
