Mitchell & Ness Nostalgia Co., is an American sportswear company based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The company was founded in 1904 as a manufacturer of sporting goods, remaining the oldest sporting goods company in Philadelphia. After several years spent making baseball and American football uniforms, the company changed direction in 1983 when it decided to recreate vintage jerseys.
Nowadays, Mitchell & Ness has licensing agreements with four of the major US sports leagues (MLB, NBA, NFL, and MLS) to produce and market vintage sporting goods and casual apparel.
