Quiksilver operates worldwide with 834 monobrand stores, of which 540 are directly owned by the company and the others are licensed.

The stores are located in major cities in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific area, Europe, North and South America, Asia, and Africa. There are two types of Quiksilver stores: "Boardriders Club" or "Factory" stores.

In 2008, Quiksilver sponsored approximately 500 professional and amateur surfers, snowboarders, skiers, and skateboarders. These included surfer Kelly Slater, golfer Luke Federico, snowboarder Travis Rice, and skateboarder Tony Hawk.

They also have the right to host the men's Quiksilver Pro and women's Roxy Pro surfing tournaments held on the Gold Coast in Australia, France, and more recently in New York.
