Quiksilver operates worldwide with 834 monobrand stores, 540 of which are directly owned by the company and the remainder managed under license.
The stores are located in major cities in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific region, Europe, North America and South America, Asia and Africa. There are two types of Quiksilver stores: the "Boardriders Club" or "Factory" stores.

In 2008, Quiksilver sponsored approximately 500 amateur and professional surfers, snowboarders, skiers and skaters. These include surfer Kelly Slater, golfer Luke Federico, snowboarder Travis Rice and skater Tony Hawk.
They also own the exploitation rights for the men's Quiksilver Pro and women's Roxy Pro surfing tournaments held on the Gold Coast in Australia, in France, and more recently, in New York.
